Paulo Gabriel Godinho Delgado is a Brazilian politician.
Delgado is one of the founders of the Workers' Party (Partido dos Trabalhadores - PT). He is Professor of Sociology at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. In the 1980's he has served as Secretary of Organization of the Workers's Party.
Since 1987, he has represented the State of Minas Gerais in the National Congress of Brazil.
